Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) are homemade bombs typically used in acts of terrorism or insurgency. Eligibility for Compensation:

  • Must have suffered injuries or death, attributable to an IED explosion.
  • Served in Iraq from 2004 to the present or in Afghanistan between 2006 until present.
