He alleged he was abused “four separate times” by a female probation officer, and after being ordered back to Camp Barrett for four more months when he was still 16, he said he was sexually assaulted again by a different, male probation officer.
“His abusers used their positions of power over Plaintiff to force him to comply with their demands,” the lawsuit stated.
