At Phillips Law Group, we believe our outreach can extend far beyond the courtroom. Being an active, engaged, and supportive business for the community we call home is important to our firm and our team. That’s why we were incredibly proud to sponsor and participate in Special Olympics Arizona Bowl-A-Thon Bash 2025, an event that perfectly blended fun, teamwork, and a powerful mission to support Special Olympics Arizona.

The energy at the bowling alley on August 15th was electric and utterly contagious. The event wasn’t about high scores or perfect form; it was about unity, joy, and championing the incredible athletes of Special Olympics Arizona. And the Phillips Law Group/Phillips Law Foundation team showed up in full force, ready to roll.
When asked by Fox 10 Phoenix what the event meant for Phillips Law as a company, Olivia Lemorrocco, Vice President of Operations at Phillips Law Group, said, “We have about 20 of our employees here, attorneys, legal staff, everybody here just joining in, having fun. We brought our kids along to join in. It’s really more than just bonding with the community. We have everybody here to participate.”

“(It’s) very impactful for us,” she added. “It’s so important to be a part of the community and spread our love as much as we can and be involved in beautiful programs like this. We’re really grateful to be a part of this.”
Seeing colleagues cheer each other on and, more importantly, cheer alongside the Special Olympics athletes, was a reminder of the impact of inclusion and creating community. The laughter of young athletes sharing lanes with other competitors was a beautiful symbol of the inclusive future we all strive for and the importance of being involved in events like this whenever we can be.
Phillips Law Supports Community Endeavors Every Day

The Bowl-A-Thon is a critical fundraiser for Special Olympics Arizona. The organization “offers training and competition opportunities in Olympic-type sports, advocacy resources, health screenings and so much more for athletes 8 years or older,” specifically for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Sponsoring the Special Olympics Bowl-A-Thon 2025 event was an honor, but participating was a gift. It gave us all a chance to connect, to give back, and to be reminded of the strength and joy within our community.

We extend our deepest thanks to the organizers and athletes of Special Olympics Arizona for allowing us to be a small part of such a magnificent program. Team members from Phillips Law Group left with a renewed commitment to supporting the beautiful diversity that makes Arizona strong, and we hope the event will be back and better than ever next year!
