Phoenix Police Identify Motorcyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run

PHOENIX, AZ – Officials with the Phoenix Police Department have identified the motorcyclist killed as the result of a hit-and-run Tuesday night.

According to AZ Family, the accident occurred in the Northbound lanes of 67th Avenue near the intersection with Thomas Road at about 7:45 p.m.

Police say the unidentified driver fatally struck 45-year-old Jason Foote, immediately abandoned the vehicle, and ran from the scene. They have not yet released a description of the suspect.
