Rush-Hour Delays Due to Crash on I-10 Near Buckeye Road

PHOENIX, AZ – Significant delays were reported following a crash on I-10 in South Phoenix on Thursday afternoon, Arizona DOT reports.

The crash happened in the westbound lanes of the interstate near Exit 149 to Buckeye Road at about 5:20 p.m.

The right lane was immediately shut down after the crash, causing a backup of traffic in the area. All lanes reopened shortly after 6 p.m.

It is unclear if the crash caused anyone to suffer injuries.
