Phillips Law Group, Arizona’s largest consumer law firm with a stellar team that has been serving the Phoenix area community for almost 30 years, is proudly a certified Great Place to Work. Great Place to Work certification indicates a company has gone above and beyond to create a great work environment. The certification “recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience,” according to the company, with its website’s About Us page adding, “Certification helps job seekers identify which companies genuinely offer a great company culture.”

A quick look at the Phillips Law Group GPTW profile reveals that 97 percent of employees at our firm say it is a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees “at a typical U.S.-based company.” 

That number is current as of 2022, and the profile also notes that, according to Great Place to Work’s Trust Index™ survey, employees commenting on working at Phillips would describe it with words like “community,” “growth,” “team,” and “opportunities.”

“Certification shows you have a clear social purpose and reinforces your company’s mission, vision, and values,” Great Place to Work states. And that couldn’t be more true when it comes to Phillips Law Group.
