Hit-and-Run in Glendale Results in One Hospitalization

woman hospitalized after glendale hit-and-runGLENDALE, AZ – A woman was hospitalized after she was injured in a hit-and-run crash in Glendale early Monday morning, CBS 5 reports.

Two vehicles collided near the intersection of 51st Avenue and Northern Avenue at about 8 a.m.

Officers say one of the drivers sped away from the scene of the crash immediately afterward. The single occupant in the remaining vehicle, an unidentified woman, was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

At this time, investigatorsare working to establish the chain of events leading up to the collision.
