Sunday Hit-and-Run Crash Causes Standoff at House

Last Sunday night, a hit-and-run crash in Phoenix led to a barricade situation after police caught up with the driver who had fled from the scene. According to the Phoenix Police Department and AZ Family, the 52-year-old man was involved in a minor collision but did not stop and remain at the scene, which is required by Arizona law.
