Photos of Car in Fatal Hit-and-Run Crash Released

CHANDLER, AZ ”“ Police are circulating photos of the vehicle they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run in the hope that the public will aid in the arrest of its driver.

Fox 10 reports that the vehicle in question is a maroon Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 from 2000-2006. The photos, which seem to be pulled from security footage or traffic cameras, shows the vehicle towing a reddish orange two-axle flatbed trailer.

Chandler Police say the driver of the vehicle collided with 26-year-old Eduardo Gabriel Rascon near the intersection of McQueen Road and Chandler Boulevard at approximately 8 p.m. on August 31. Responders pronounced Rascon dead at the scene.
