Brandy Winchester

Attorney

Brandy Winchester was raised in Winslow, Arizona, and brings the perspective of a small-town Arizonan to her work advocating for clients across the state. From a young age, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in law and has focused her academic and professional path on turning that goal into reality.

Brandy earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Arizona State University: one in Anthropology from the School of Human Evolution and Social Change, and another in English Literature. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit School of Law and later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Health Law and Policy at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at ASU.

Her multidisciplinary background gives her a strong foundation in understanding people, systems, and stories. Brandy’s training in anthropology and literature sharpens her ability to analyze complex facts and see the human being behind every case, while her LL.M. work in health law and policy deepens her insight into the ways legal, medical, and regulatory issues intersect.

Outside of her work, Brandy enjoys spending time with her black lab, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs at live sporting events, and going to live music shows whenever she can.
