MESA, AZ – A man sustained serious injuries while working on his RV in Mesa on Wednesday, CBS 5 reports.
Firefighters were called to the scene shortly before noon in a parking lot near the intersection of Brown Road and Crimson Road.
The man had been doing maintenance under the RV when a gas leak ignited, leaving him with serious burns to his arms, upper thigh, body, and face. He was airlifted to a Phoenix area hospital for treatment.
No one else was injured as a result of the blaze.
