Phillips Law Group Earns Great Place to Work Designation for Third Year in a Row

Phillips Law Group has been named an official Great Place to Work for the third year in a row following a survey of the firm’s employees and their satisfaction with the work they do and the support provided by our company. Over 90 percent of firm employees reported they are proud to work for Phillips Law Group, and as leaders in the Arizona business community, we are so honored to have earned this designation for another year.

Great Place to Work Recertification Awarded

Great Place to Work certification signifies that a company has gone above and beyond to foster a great environment for its workforce. The certification “recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience,” according to the company, with its website adding, “Certification helps job seekers identify which companies genuinely offer a great company culture.”

Phillips Law Group’s official status as a Great Place to Work for the third year was determined by an anonymous survey of employees at the firm that found 96 percent said they feel good about the ways we contribute to the community. Since giving back is a core value at Phillips, we are especially proud of this survey result. 

The survey also determined that employees at the firm feel they are able to take time off from work when they think it’s necessary (95 percent), and 93 percent responded that our facilities contribute to a good working environment. At the top of the survey was a 99 percent positive response to the question of whether Phillips Law Group celebrates special events – because we know that working hard and playing hard go hand in hand!

We would not have earned this incredible honor without the participation of our outstanding employees in the Great Place to Work survey. Their extraordinary efforts to make our firm an exemplary workplace and a trusted presence in the Arizona community have not gone unnoticed, and we celebrated with a special breakfast celebration in late February that Phillips Law Group staff were all encouraged to attend and enjoy. 

Employees Appreciate ‘Opportunity’ at Phillips Law Group

Several Phillips Law Group employees were asked what they love about working at the firm, and the responses were varied but positive. 

“The flexibility and the opportunity,” one staff member said. Another added, “It’s the way they reach out to the community and also the people I work with, they’re just incredible.” Other employees noted the kindness of fellow employees, and another called Phillips Law Group a “warm, welcoming environment.”
