Single-Vehicle Crash Proves Fatal for 48-Year-Old

TUCSON, AZ – A man was killed in a single-vehicle collision in Tucson’s Santa Rita Park neighborhood on Monday, KGUN reports.
The accident occurred when 48-year-old Jason Christopher Jenkins Reitan lost control of his vehicle on 22nd Street near the intersection with Park Avenue.
Reitan’s Ford F-350 drifted across the eastbound lanes of the roadway and off the side of the road before striking a tree. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
Further investigations are ongoing.
