Man Suffers Burn Injuries in Chandler House Fire

Fire department officials said a man has been transported to a hospital after a fire at a Chandler mobile home on Aug. 18, ABC 15 reported. Fire crews were called to the home near Ray Road and Arizona Avenue around 9 a.m. Tuesday.

A spokesperson with the Chandler Fire Department said crews arriving at the scene immediately went “defensive” on the fire that began at the mobile home. The defensive mode is a tactic that firefighters use to stabilize or isolate a fire to make sure it does not get worse. It is currently not clear what injuries the man sustained or what caused the fire.
