Man Killed, Woman Injured in Avondale Collision

AVONDALE, AZ – A man was killed, and a woman hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash in the Avondale area last Friday.

According to a report by 3TV/CBS 5, a Honda sedan and an SUV collided some time before midnight near the intersection of 113th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

Two people were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. One of the victims, a man in his mid-20s, died a short time later.

The circumstances leading up to the crash are not yet clear. However, video from the scene suggests that the SUV T-boned the Honda.
