PHOENIX, AZ – A multi-vehicle crash on I-10 early Wednesday morning left three people injured.
According to a report by the Arizona Republic, the crash took place shortly before 5 a.m. in the westbound lanes of I-10 near 44th Street.
Emergency responders arrived to find that a vehicle had slammed through the freeway barrier and rolled over, ejecting both occupants. They were subsequently rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
A third individual in another vehicle was assessed for injuries at the scene but refused transport to the hospital.
The events leading up to the crash are unclear at this time.
