On October 5th, several members of the Phillips Law Group team attended the Phoenix Community Alliance 40th anniversary celebration at One Arizona Center. Olga Phillips – who is part of the firm’s Marketing and Community Outreach teams – is a proud member of PCA’s board and a steadfast supporter of the organization’s mission.
The Phoenix Community Alliance is “an influential 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that strives to activate, advocate, and build Greater Downtown Phoenix through the united vision and commitment of our Members,” according to PCA’s website. It is dedicated to spreading love and enhancing Downtown Phoenix, and as a trusted part of the Phoenix community, Phillps Law Group strongly supports the work PCA and its members do every day.
To commemorate the PCA’s important work over the last four decades, the organization celebrated at “A Celebration of 40 Years,” an event held at One Arizona Center. Devney Majerle, President & CEO of Downtown Phoenix Inc., said of the event, “This is an important moment in PCA’s history. A chance to honor the luminaries who built the organization and celebrate the strong and growing Membership that will lead us forward. The futures are bright for PCA and the Downtown it serves.”
The Phoenix Community Alliance 40th anniversary celebration was as much a chance for its members and supporters to get together and mark the amazing accomplishment as it was an opportunity to be proud of the work the PCA has already done and continues doing each day. PCA commits to everything from helping to formulate public policy, to connecting leaders and ideas for the betterment of Downtown Phoenix, to, “addressing critical urban issues and promoting a healthy community,” and more.
As a pillar of the Phoenix community for 30 years, Phillips Law Group is very proud to support an organization that has similar goals for making our city the best it can be. We were thrilled to celebrate 40 years of transformative impact with other members of the PCA at this event, and we’re excited to see what the Phoenix Community Alliance will achieve in the future.
