Randy Dayes

Attorney

Randy Dayes is an Associate with Phillips Law Group who first started working in the law field at age 16. He moved to Arizona at age 8 and is a big fan of the heat in the Grand Canyon state, but left to attend Brigham Young University for undergrad, obtaining a degree in Applied Statistics with a minor in Business Management and a Spanish Fluency Certificate. He speaks fluent Spanish.

Randy earned his law degree from the University of Oregon and graduated in the top third of his class. During that time, he clerked for the Oregon Court of Appeals in the Appellate Commissioners Office, where he got a lot of motion practice.

Randy previously worked for Phillips and Associates as a Summer Associate for the firm. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.

In his free time, Randy is an avid soccer player and a fan of FC Barcelona. He started playing when he was three and continued to play through college. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Randy’s “Why”

I decided to become an attorney so that I could help those who are suffering find some relief. I am motivated by my family and by those who have been wrongly hurt. I am inspired by the dedication and diligence of those involved in the profession. Collectively, everyone wants to help those that have been wronged.
