About Maria Raciti

Maria Raciti is a personal injury attorney whose sole focus is seeking justice for individuals and families harmed by the negligence of others. She represents clients in serious injury and wrongful death cases and is known for combining relentless advocacy with compassionate, hands-on representation.

Maria earned her undergraduate degree from Xavier University, graduating summa cum laude, before attending the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She graduated magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, ranking at the top of her class. Maria is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.

At every stage of her career, Maria has been driven by one goal: making sure injury victims are treated fairly and never pressured into accepting less than they deserve. In practice, this means being deeply involved in every case she handles and remaining accessible to clients throughout the process.

Maria has handled hundreds of personal injury cases and has represented clients in matters involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, sexual assault, child abuse, and dog bites. Over the past year alone, she has resolved multiple seven-figure cases and recovered millions of dollars for injured clients.

Awards & Recognition

Maria’s dedication and results have earned her recognition from respected legal organizations, including:

  • Best Lawyers in America® – Ones to Watch (Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs, 2026 )
  • Southwest Super Lawyers® – Rising Stars (Civil Litigation: Plaintiff, 2025–2026)
  • The National Trial Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40 (2024–2026)

Maria’s “Why”

As the middle child of seven, Maria learned early how to speak up, negotiate, and advocate — skills that only sharpened as she competed in mock trial throughout high school and college. She was inspired to pursue law by mentors who were talented attorneys and, more importantly, people who used their skills to help others during the most difficult moments of their lives.

Before entering personal injury practice, Maria worked closely with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. That experience reinforced her belief that the law can be a powerful tool, especially when someone feels overwhelmed, unheard, or outmatched.

Today, Maria brings that same mindset to every client she represents: stand between them and the insurance companies, shoulder the burden of the legal fight, and pursue the full compensation they are owed.

Outside the Office

When she’s not advocating for her clients, Maria enjoys botching karaoke songs, striking out at softball, and chefing it up in the kitchen. She considers herself a five-star chef… as long as the meal involves a microwave or crockpot. Her chicken nuggets are to die for.
