TUCSON, AZ – A woman suffered fatal injuries when she was struck by a pickup truck in northwest Tucson on Sunday evening.
According to the Arizona Daily Star, 57-year-old Elise Couderc was hit at about 6:20 a.m. while walking on West Lambert Lane, near the intersection with North Avra Vista Drive.
Couderc was rushed to a nearby hospital, where she died a short time later.
The events leading up to the crash are unclear at this time.
