50 Residents Displaced After 3-Story Apartment Fire

Phoenix Fire Department crews responded to a three-story apartment fire near20th Avenue and Indian School Roadin the early morning hours of Friday, Aug. 28, FOX 10 reported. At least 50 apartment residentsevacuated dueto the fire. No injuries have been reported, according to officials. The fire is said to have started on the second floor at 3:30 a.m. Friday before spreading to the other floors.

Officials said 88 apartment units have been damaged. Almost 50 firefighters worked to put out the blazes at the scene. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
