PHOENIX, AZ – Rush-hour commuters in downtown Phoenix faced heavy traffic delays following a collision on I-10 Tuesday morning.
According to Arizona DOT, the crash took place in the eastbound HOV lane near the exit to 7th Avenue shortly after 8:30 a.m.

We do not know if anyone was injured in the crash at this time.
