Crash Causes Delays During Rush-Hour on I-10

PHOENIX, AZ – Commuters in southwest Phoenix were faced with significant delays resulting from a collision on I-10 during Wednesday morning’s rush hour.

According to a tweet by the Arizona Department of Transportation, the accident took place at about 8:37 a.m. near the Baseline Road overpass.

The cause of the collision is unclear at this time. However, police shut down at least one right lane, causing traffic to build up in the area.

No injuries have been reported as a result of the crash. We will update this blog with further details should they be released to the public.
