Crash Involving Box Truck Leaves Pregnant Woman Dead

PHOENIX, AZ – A pregnant woman died after colliding with a box truck near Papago Park Wednesday afternoon.
According to CBS 5, 26-year-old Samantha Bean-Lansman was traveling east on McDowell Road at about 2:30 p.m. when she ran a red light at the intersection of 52nd St. and collided with a box truck that was attempting to make a left turn.
Both Bean-Lansman and her unborn child were killed in the wreck.
Neither occupant of the box truck was hurt.
