What is the Great Place to Work Certification?

Great Place to Work certification indicates that a company has gone above and beyond to facilitate a great environment for its staff members. It recognizes employers who create an exceptional employee experience.

Celebrating and Giving Back to the Community

Phillips Law Group’s official status as a 2025 Great Place to Work was cemented by an anonymous survey of employees at the firm that found an incredible 99 percent feel good about the ways we contribute to the community.

Additionally, 96 percent of our employees said that when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome. 99 percent agreed that people celebrate special events at Phillips Law Group, and 97 percent noted that they can take time off from work when they think it’s necessary.

Plus, 94 agreed that management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders at the firm.

Ultimately, 88 percent of employees at Phillips Law Group say it’s a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
