image of crosswalk in the morning PHOENIX, AZ – A pedestrian was seriously injured after being struck by a vehicle in north Phoenix on Saturday morning, ABC 15 reports.

The collision took place sometime before 10:15 a.m. near the intersection of 7th Street and Camelback Road.

The unidentified victim was taken to a nearby hospital with serious injuries.

The circumstances leading up to the crash are unknown at this time. It is unclear if any charges will be filed against the driver.
