Scottsdale Crash Near Hayden Park Leaves One Injured

SCOTTSDALE, AZ – One person was taken to the hospital after five vehicles collided at a busy intersection near Hayden Park Thursday morning, reports Patch.

According to a tweet by Scottsdale Police, the incident was reported shortly before 10 a.m. in the area of Hayden Road and Shea Boulevard.

Police have not released details on the cause of the crash or the identities of those involved. However, at least one person was taken to the hospital to be treated for serious injuries.

The intersection was shut down in all directions for over an hour following the accident. All lanes were reopened at about 11:19 a.m.
