One Killed After Fiery Multi-Vehicle Crash in West Phoenix

police respond to fiery multi-vehicle crashPHOENIX, AZ – One man died and seven other people were taken to the hospital following a fiery multi-vehicle crash in West Phoenix on Monday.

According to CBS 5, the crash occurred at about 4:30 a.m., when a Chevrolet Trax ran a red light at the intersection of 75th Avenue and Indian School Road.

The Trax then collided with a Chevrolet Silverado at the intersection, causing both vehicles to catch fire.

The unidentified male driver of the Trax died as a result of the crash. All seven occupants in the Silverado were transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
