PHOENIX, AZ – Police believe that an impaired driver caused a two-vehicle, head-on crash at an intersection in northwest Phoenix on Saturday.

AZ Family reports that the collision occurred on Cactus Road near its intersection with 43rd Avenue, at about 2:45 p.m. A man was driving westbound on Cactus when his blue Toyota Highlander drifted into the oncoming lanes and collided with a maroon Dodge Durango.
