I-10 Hit-and-Run Puts Minivan Driver in Hospital

PHOENIX, AZ – Police in Phoenix are investigating a serious hit-and-run collision following a single-vehicle crash on I-10 early Friday morning.

According to ABC 15, the driver of a minivan crashed near the I-17 interchange at about 12:15 a.m.

As he exited the minivan, the unidentified victim was struck by a vehicle which then fled the scene. The man was rushed to a local hospital in serious condition.

Police believe the second vehicle was a blue Nissan Altima or Maxima, with a man and woman inside.
