Seven People Injured in Mesa Crash on Saturday Morning

MESA, AZ ”” Seven people were injured in a two-vehicle collision at an intersection in McAfee Heights Saturday morning, according to ABC 15.

The collision occurred at about 11 a.m. on September 19, when the driver of a vehicle traveling east on University Drive made a left turn onto Lindsay Road, in front of a second vehicle that was unable to stop in time. The Mesa Fire Department reports that four children and three adults were injured in the resulting crash.

One of the adults was rushed to a local hospital with critical injuries. The conditions of the other six individuals are unknown.

Mesa police are continuing to investigate the crash.
