One Dead, Two Hospitalized After Crash in Glendale

One woman was killed and two other people were rushed to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision at a busy Glendale intersection late Tuesday afternoon.
According to CBS 5, the two-vehicle collision involved a pickup truck and a sedan and occurred at about 4:15 p.m. along Thunderbird Road near the intersection with 67th Avenue.
One woman in the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Two others were taken to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The sole occupant in the pickup truck was unhurt.
Investigators are working to determine an official cause of the collision.
