PHOENIX, AZ – A woman was killed Wednesday when her motorcycle collided with a U-Haul truck in the Maryvale Village area.
According to KTAR, the U-Haul was attempting to make the left turn from Indian School Road to North 87th Avenue when it struck the motorcycle at about 6 p.m.
The rider, 45-year-old Karry Herrera, was transported to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
It is unclear if anyone in the U-Haul was injured in the wreck, or if the driver will face any charges as a result.
