semi-truck at sunsetCAMP VERDE, AZ – A fatal crash involving a semi-truck shut down SR-260 in Campe Verde yesterday, The Arizona Republic reports.

Troopers with Arizona DPS say a passenger vehicle and a tractor-trailer collided at about 3:45 p.m., just east of I-17.

The events surrounding the crash have not been made available. However, SR-260 was shut down in both directions for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene. All lanes were reopened by 7:15 p.m.
