Victim of August Crash Dies in Hospital Sept. 3rd

outside of hospital during daytime front entranceTUCSON, AZ – A man who was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle in Tucson last month has died of his injuries, according to the Arizona Daily Star.

Donald William Taulbee, 67, was hit by a 2002 Nissan Maxima at about 12:40 a.m. on August 15, as he was walking in the 100 block of West Congress Street.

Investigators believe Taulbee was headed west in the median lane of the roadway when he was hit. He was rushed to Banner-University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries on September 3rd.

No charges or citations have been filed against the driver involved at this time. Investigations are ongoing.
