One Killed After Crash at a Northwest Phoenix Intersection

PHOENIX, AZ – A woman was killed in a multi-vehicle collision in a northwest Phoenix neighborhood on Thursday morning.
According to Fox 10 Phoenix, the accident took place at about 8 a.m., when a pickup truck attempted to make the left turn from southbound 35th Avenue onto Thomas Road and slammed into another vehicle passing through the intersection.
An unidentified woman in the second vehicle was rushed to the hospital where she died a short time later.
It is unclear if the driver of the pickup was hurt in the crash.
