PHOENIX, AZ – A car accident on Loop 101 shut down three driving lanes Monday morning.

According to Arizona DOT, acar accidentoccurred this morning in East Phoenix. The collision happened on Arizona Loop 101 near East Baseline Road at around 9:24 a.m.

ADOT did not release any details except a photo of the crash showing a fire truck on scene.

The right three lanes were initially closed due to the accident, but emergency responders were able to quickly move the wreck into the rightmost lane and open the other two lanes to traffic.
