About Ana Romualdo

Ana Romualdo is part of the personal injury team at Phillips Law Group, where she advocates for individuals who have been injured through the negligence of others. Ana earned her law degree from The George Washington University Law School. During law school, she gained experience with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Office of the Solicitor of the U.S. Department of Labor. Before law school, she graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University and worked extensively in the legal field, including handling workers’ compensation, personal injury, and immigration matters.

Ana’s “Why”

Ana was born in the United States and raised in Brazil and is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Growing up across different cultures and communities has shown her that injustice takes many forms, but exists everywhere—and that is why Ana is drawn to plaintiff-side advocacy. For her, standing firmly beside people when they need it most, giving weight to their voices, and ensuring her clients feel informed, heard, and supported is more than a passion: it is a personal commitment.

Outside the Office

Outside of work, Ana is happiest hosting friends around the table, experimenting with something new in the kitchen, hiking with her two spirited dogs, or setting off on a road trip. She has explored 21 U.S. states and 13 Mexican states, as well as Canada and Brazil.
