Danielle DeSpirito

Attorney

Danielle DeSpirito is originally from Mountain Top, Pennsylvania, in the northeastern region of the state. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Ursinus College, with double minors in Spanish and Media and Communication Studies. During her time at Ursinus, she competed on the field hockey team and served as captain her senior year, helping lead the team to multiple NCAA tournament appearances, including a Final Four run.

After graduating, Danielle worked as a paralegal in Center City, Philadelphia. Her experience supporting clients inspired her to pursue law school so she could take a more active role in advocating for them. She went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she received the George Bloom Scholarship, awarded to students who demonstrate both academic excellence and strong ethical character.

Danielle was highly engaged during law school, serving as President of the Student Bar Association, a Pitt Law Ambassador, a LexisNexis Student Associate, and an AI Research Assistant. She also worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Family Law Clinic and served on several committees, including the Philanthropy Committee, Petitions and Academic Standards Committee, and the Academic Integrity Hearing Board. She gained additional hands-on experience with a well-respected Pittsburgh law firm handling family law and broader civil litigation matters.

She is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, and Texas and is admitted to the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Danielle began her legal career practicing family law in Colorado before transitioning into personal injury litigation at a Texas-based firm. There, she managed cases across multiple states involving motor vehicle crashes, trucking accidents, dog bites, premises liability, and wrongful death.

Danielle is passionate about personal injury law because it allows her to balance empathy with strategic legal advocacy. She values the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients while navigating complex legal challenges on their behalf.

Outside of her work, Danielle enjoys camping, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, traveling, playing volleyball, and spending time with her friends, her two brothers, and her Old English Sheepdog. She is also a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, the Philadelphia Phillies, and Chelsea Football Club of the English Premier League.
