Drivers of vehicles owe a legal duty of care to those around them who could be affected by their actions and decisions. This not only includes passengers of vehicles, but it clearly includes those who are driving motorcycles. At that point, both parties fell off of the motorcycle and were seriously injured as a result. Updates on their conditions were not released, and the cause of this crash has not yet been identified.
