Jose is originally from Hermosillo, Mexico, and is a graduate of Arizona State University with honors and the Arizona State University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Montaño is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, admitted to practice in Arizona, the United States Federal Court of Arizona, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
