PEORIA, AZ – One adult and one child were hospitalized following a residential fire in Peoria on Tuesday morning.
ABC 15 reports that the fire broke out shortly after 8 a.m. near the intersection of 99th Avenue and Olive Avenue.
It is unclear what may have sparked the blaze at this time. However, an adult suffered a burn injury and a child suffered smoke inhalation as a result. Both were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
