Car Crash in Buckeye Injures Three Children

BUCKEYE, AZ – Three children were transported to the hospital following a two-vehicle collision in Buckeye Sunday night.

According to AZ Family News, the crash occurred on 187th Avenue north of I-10 at about 8 p.m.

Deputies with the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office said that the collision involved a car and a truck.

The driver of the truck and three juvenile passengers sustained minor injuries. The driver refused treatment at the scene, but the three children were taken to the hospital for precautionary reasons.

The cause of the crash is unclear and is still under investigation.
